How To Be Confident With Girls: The Do's And Don'ts Of Using Confidence To Build Attraction

Learning how to be confident with girls can make or break your dating success. Confidence can be defined as an undying belief and trust in yourself or your abilities. If you don't believe and trust in yourself, how do you expect her to believe and trust in you? Here are some Do's and Don'ts of building and destroying confidence:

Modeling
The fastest way to learn how to be confident with girls is to model others who are already confident with girls. Find a mentor. Think of anyone you know who is good at attracting girls or who is a "natural." Learn from them. Model what they do. Notice what works and what doesn't.

Doing "Man" Stuff
Work out at the gym or learn mixed martial arts. Working out at the gym will not only keep you healthy, it will also help you build muscle and stamina, both of which can increase your confidence. Learning mixed martial arts will give you the right to say that you're a fighter. And since when did learning how to fight not make guys more confident?

Dancing
Ever wonder why male dancers seem to get all the girls? It's because they are confident! Dancing is a major form of self expression. If you know you can dance, you already have the edge over 90% of guys. If you can't dance, learn how to and your confidence will skyrocket. If you can't dance and do not learn how to, save yourself the embarrassment and don't even try.

Music
Music is another form of self expression that can increase your confidence and have girls flock to you. Look at rappers, rock stars and Justin Bieber. Enough said.

Practicing
Practice is the most important part of building confidence. It will not happen overnight but it will develop if you practice at it every night. More importantly, confidence builds confidence. The more confidence you have in one area of your life, the more it will carry over to other areas of your life. Practice confidence everywhere.

Don'ts

Complaining
No one wants to hear someone complain and whine about all of their problems, especially not the girls you want to date. They have problems of their own. Complaining and whining are sure signs of an unconfident amateur. If there is a problem, be a man, take initiative and instead of wasting time complaining, look for a positive solution to fix it.

Calling Too Much
When you call too much, it shows that you have nothing better to do with your life. Don't suffocate her. Consider this: If someone called you too much (besides your mom), would you think that person is confident or annoying? Instead of chasing her, let her chase you.

Demanding Attention
Demanding attention is not only unconfident, but it's insecure. Someone who is confident does not need to show off, brag, boast or be loud and obnoxious about it. Girls will already notice if you're confident without you having to say "Look at me! I'm Confident!"

Giving Up
Giving up and not being persistent enough with girls means that you quit at the first sign of trouble. On the other hand, learning how to be confident with girls means that you try and try again until you make the improbable a reality. Always be looking at the bigger picture or your long term success. A rejection is only the end when you decide it is. Regroup and try again later.

Making a Big Deal out of Small Things
When you make a big deal out of small things or blow things out of proportion, it shows a deep lack of confidence because if you can't handle the small things, you sure as hell can't handle the big things. Girls look for guys who can handle the big things.
